Privacy Policy

Matrix Medical Group, Inc. (“Matrix”) understands your concern over privacy and respects your need for it. The company guarantees the best effort to maintain a safe and confidential environment for all participants of this site (“Site”), as well as others developed and managed by Matrix. Whether you are a candidate, employer or recruiter, you control what contact information is made available to the Site’s users. As each Matrix site grows, the company will continue to strive towards making each site the most effective and safe portal for candidates.

Please read and familiarize yourself with the policies for information gathering and dissemination as it pertains to this Site:

Matrix stores, transmits and publishes candidate, employer and recruiter information only as directed by each individual user’s profile. No information from your profile or online resume will be distributed without your permission. This Site was designed for the safe, efficient and confidential dissemination of contact information as it relates to the employment process.

Specifically, Matrix provides several options for you to store and distribute your resume and/or contact information on this Site.

Candidates

Creating a Personal Profile

Once you have set up a unique username and password, you may then set up your candidate profile and post your curriculum vitae (CV) or resume. It is here where you determine what information within your profile you wish to make available to other members. Your personal profile is designed to help you manage your search activities and store personal information for future sessions. This activity requires completion of a brief registration form.

Searching Career Opportunities

You may search and view job postings anonymously. There is no need to fill out a profile to search the Site’s jobs. It is only necessary to complete a profile if you wish to receive automated job updates or apply for a position. Upon completion of your profile, a customized job search agent will send you email notices of any new jobs that come available within your specific search criteria.

Replying to Opportunities

If you choose to reply to a job opportunity, you must complete a personal profile. Your profile will then be disclosed to the employer or recruiter that submitted the job posting. If you have submitted an online resume/CV, the current version will be included in the response information.

Database Searching

You may choose to have your profile and/or resume available in a searchable candidate database where recruiters can proactively seek your employment. You may update this information anytime within your candidate account. You may choose to disclose your identity or simply post the resume/CV anonymously in your profile. To maintain confidentiality, check the box requesting that your personal information remain confidential and review your online resume/CV to confirm it contains no personally identifiable data. You then have complete control over whether you wish to respond to the solicitation or not.

External Linking

This Site contains numerous links to external web pages including associations, employers, recruiters and related resources. Matrix will not provide any information about you to these external sites.

Warning: Matrix has no control over or knowledge of the privacy practices of these sites and provides none of the assurances of this Privacy Policy once you leave this Site. Matrix encourages you to educate yourself on the privacy provisions of any site before providing confidential information.

Deactivating or Deleting Records

You may wish, at any time, to deactivate or delete your account. If you mark it as inactive, you will still have access to the account should you wish to reactivate it. Deletion of your account will remove your personal profile, username and password. This action requires you to recreate the entire account should you desire to use the Site’s services again. If you wish to delete your personal profile, including your registration, login, resume, responses and posted resume/CV, your deletion will be effective immediately. Please understand that employers or recruiters who already received your information through a job response or posted resume may maintain your records and still attempt to contact you regarding employment opportunities.

Reporting User Information

Matrix gathers and reports statistical information aggregated from overall user sessions including data on searches, responses and services. Matrix does not disclose any personal information about you to any third party without your specific permission through one of the methods described above.

Employers and Recruiters

Creating an Employer Profile

Once you have set up a unique username and password, it is time to set up a unique employer profile. This profile is created for the purpose of doing business with Matrix. It is designed to help you manage your recruitment activities and store contact and usage information for current and future sessions. It contains critical information for the candidate, such as hiring authorities for each job, and how best for candidates to contact you and when. This information will be sent to the applicant, if you choose, in response to their inquiry regarding your job posting. You control to whom this information is sent and accept full responsibility for such action.

Searching Company Profiles

You may choose to add a company profile that represents your organization and opportunity information. It is the equivalent of a resume. You choose what to include. Some examples might be recent awards received by your practice, specialties your organization practices, doctors’ names, size of the facility and team descriptions. It is a one-page advertisement for your practice. This site page is only available to companies that have an active account in good standing. You acknowledge that this is a searchable database and will be available to all candidates and recruiters who are Site members. You may update this information anytime or choose to remove it all together.

All previous job postings and job descriptions will be removed from your archives. Accounts that remain inactive for more than six months will be deleted from this Site’s database.
