Family Practice Nurse Practitioner: Provides primary health care services, in collaboration with our staff physicians, for our Medical Group.

Services are provided to patients at various healthcare facilities as assigned. Person employed in this position is permitted wide latitude for the exercise of independent clinical judgment subject to limitations of a mid-level practitioner as defined by Colorado laws and the Medical Staff Bylaws. The employed provider will work in hospital owned primary care clinics and serve in the hospital call rotation. Great benefit package, base salary and productivity bonus. This position is for an evening position, and located in Eastern Colorado.
